This is going to be pretty simple.
We only ship to Canada and the USA.
In the future we hope to expand to other countries.
Refunds will be in the form of an exchange/replacement or money back. Refunds must be requested within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Credit will not be given until merchandise has been sent back to and received by me.
Money back will be the amount paid for the item, minus a restocking fee. The restocking fees are as follows:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
If you want to exchange a purchase for something else in the store or to replace items damaged in shipping, email me at customerservice@bentwiredandstoned.com. Tell me why you need to make the exchange and reference the date of purchase and confirmation number from either Paypal or Google Checkout invoice from when the item was purchased.
I currently only accept payments via paypal and Google Checkout.
Unless otherwise noted in item description, shipping is free. Return shipping, however, is the responsibility of the customer.
For custom orders, all monies are due before the items are shipped. On larger orders (10 items or more), 50% of the costs are due up front and the rest is to be paid before items will shipped out. Custom orders of more than 10 items are considered "large" orders. Specific details for custom orders will be emailed to you when you inquire via email and the terms and conditions for the custom orders will be given to you for your approval before any monies are due.
