How soon will my item(s) be shipped?
I ship orders out the following business day after payment has been cleared.

Do you do custom work?
Yes. If you want something for a special event or just like a particular item from the store but want it in another color, let me know. I will evaluate your request and send you and price for your project, which will include cost per item, shipping fees and a time-frame for completion. I do ask for at least 2 weeks working time for quantities over 10 items and under 50 items, just in case I need to order additional supplies as well as allowing time to make the best quality for you. Larger quantities may take longer depending on what the item is. If you need to place a large order, we will work out deadlines and the details of your order together. For special orders under 10 items, allow 3 to 5 days plus shipping time. Rush jobs are available for an additional fee (which also depends on the items requested). I do special gifts and items for, brides and attendants, prom, birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, and "just because". I will also do bulk orders (10 items or more of the same thing and I will do them at a discounted rate. I will work closely with you on all custom orders to make sure the work is done to your satisfaction. Contact me via email for wholesale pricing.

Will memory wire fit me?
One size fits most. I have yet to have a customer say it didn't fit. Memory wire is fantastic when it comes to look and style. I make many of my pieces using it because it is strong, long-lasting and there is no fear of strands breaking and beads flying off everywhere and getting lost. It is also nice not to have to wrestle with those tiny clasps that no one with fingers larger than an infant's pinky can manipulate.

What are your shipping Options?
I ship to anywhere in the US (all 50 states) and Canada. At present, standard shipping is free. I use USPS. If you need something express shipped, please email me at bentwiredandstonedjewelry@yahoo.com. Tell me what item(s) you want and I will reply to you with prices for whichever shipping means you are seeking. I do plan to ship internationally in the future.

Your prices seem lower than most, why?
Simply put, I believe in making a living, not a killing. I feel that offering high value and low cost is the best way to do business. I want everyone to be able to have something nice without cost being the preventative issue. There is never a need for price gouging. Prices are set according to the cost of supplies (and I have GREAT suppliers), and labor. Nearly everything on ths site is made "in-house", so there is no "middle-man" taking a cut. If you want me to charge more than I do, let me know and I can charge you more. While I would find the request odd, I do aim to please. I have seen how we responded to the oil companies' sky-high prices, and I have no desire to be hated in that manner (or any other, come to think of it).

What is your refund/return policy?
That depends on the situation. Exchanges: To see about making an exchange for another item that is similarly priced or, if the item you purchased is damaged I can make one similar (some designs can't be duplicated EXACTLY). The damaged item must be returned to me before refunds or exchanges are made. Refunds: If the item cannot be repaired or I am unable to make one similar, a refund will be issued. Items must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
